In an attempt to enter pre-season camp with a high level of fitness players are encouraged to workout this summer. These workouts are not mandatory but are very important to increase our teams strength, speed, agility, and endurance. I will be meeting available players at the high school every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8am-10am. I understand that it is summer and people have vacations, work, and other factors that may prevent them from making it to the workouts so I will be sending workouts weekly so that players can train independently.
I will also be sending out moves of the week, tactical information, as well as health tips. Please do your best to find the time to review these resources.
